$75 per single day – $290 for the week

Space will be reserved according to date of registration provided that tuition is received in full. March Break Camp tuition is payable upon registration. Unfortunately we cannot hold space without payment.

We offer the option of registering for full week or single days of camp. Please note each day offers different art activity
-During our March Break Art Camp, children learn a wide variety of creative skills and leave with a true understanding of art making and the creative process.
They’ll learn a large variety of art fundamentals such as: Painting, drawing, collage, mixed media, pastels, printmaking, found materials, sewing, crafts and much more! All kids are encouraged to bring any personal mementos & photographs they’d like to use to add into the artwork.
General Vortex Camp Info
-Our days are 9:00am-4:00pm (before and after care available on request for a fee)
-Location: Vortex Art Studio
-903 River Side Drive, Wakefield Quebec. (Beside the Brunet Pharmacy in the village)
-All Camp instructions are given in english. Please let us know if you require bilingual assistance a head of time and we will do our vary best to accommodate.
-Please note we have 2 cats Leo & Birdy, a small dog Picasso & 2 frequent small doggy visitors Indy & Zo Zoo. Note they are never all in the studio together.

-We must have a signed registration form to hold a space at camp.
Cost
$75 per single day. All Supplies & tax included
Before and after care- You have the option of having the children come early or stay late for an extra $15 per hour per child. Before care starts as early as 7:00am and goes as late as 5:30pm. We must know 3 day before hand if you will require before or after care.
Reserving a spot at Camp -As space is limited we can only hold your space once full payment has been made. Please email artatvortexstudio@gmail.com and we will send you the registration form.
-Cancellation policy. We are happy to issue full refunds 3 weeks before camp start date. After that we can refund 50% of payment. Once the week of camp starts we can not offer refunds on missed days.
-Please let us know if you require a receipt when booking.
What to bring to camp:
-A sketch book to record their ideas and visual notes if they have one. If not we have lots of paper
– CLOTHING THEY CAN GET MESSY! Paint ALWAYS finds its way to nice clothing.. We have lots of smocks but always better to be safe. Please note we do use acrylic paint and it DOSE NOT come off clothing.
– An extra set of clothing in case something gets wet
-slippers or in door shoes
-2 Snacks for break time
-A lunch
-A water bottle
– Outdoor clothing such as hat, gloves, snow apparel.
-Optional – Noise cancelling headphones or a personal headphone music devices such as an iPod to aid in personal focusing if you think it would be beneficial (Note we will not be giving access to wifi. We will also not tolerate devices being used as a toy or games being played. Devices used as a negative distraction will be taken away for the day and returned at home time. It is a focusing tool only.
