No wall space? No problem.
Everything we make today hangs, spins, floats, and dances in the air. Campers create dream catchers, hanging scroll art, glowing window pieces, and kinetic mobiles while exploring colour, balance, and imagination. Expect lots of movement, big builds, and beautiful take-home creations that look great in bedrooms and windows.

Perfect for kids who love building, designing, and making art that moves.

Tuesday, March 3

Fuzzy Felted Friends – PJs, Movies & Crafts

Cozy creativity at its best.
Come in your pajamas and settle in for a warm, fuzzy day of soft crafts. Campers create felted creatures, fluffy textures, beaded embroidery, and cozy handmade projects while a gentle movie plays in the background. This is a calming, feel-good creative day filled with imagination, focus, and comfy vibes.

Perfect for kids who love crafting, animals, and cozy creativity.

Wednesday, March 4

Glow Art & Optical Illusions Day

Lights down. Art glowing. Minds blown.
This high-energy day is all about neon colour, glowing paint, and eye-tricking designs. Campers experiment with blacklight painting, bold neon drawing, optical illusion patterns, and hidden message art that reveal surprises under special lighting. The studio transforms into a glowing art playground.

Perfect for kids who love bright colours, cool effects, and visual surprises.

Thursday, March 5

Rainbow Party – Colour Is King

Bold colour. Big smiles. Creative joy.
Get ready for a full-on colour celebration. Campers create hanging paper mâché sculptures, beaded wire rainbows, vibrant pastel artwork, and playful colour experiments. Expect bright supplies, joyful messes, and rainbow magic everywhere.

Perfect for kids who love colour, sparkle, and making big, happy art.

Friday, March 6

Painting & Drawing Party – Let’s Get Into 2D

Paint it. Draw it. Doodle it. Love it.
A fun-filled art party focused on painting, drawing, and creative play. Campers bounce between stations using watercolours, acrylic paint, markers, pastels, and mixed media to create lots of awesome flat artwork to take home. There’s plenty of freedom to experiment, try new ideas, and make art your own.

Perfect for kids who love to draw, paint, and get messy with colour.

All artwork made will go home with the child at the end of each day.

Note- We do list the planned projects but some days are more hectic than others so we might not get to all of them, If there is a project that your kiddo is super excited about please let us know and we will make sure to fit it in!

Things to note:

March Break Epic Art Camp is all about making lots of art — about 90% of our day is spent creating. Outdoor time is weather dependent and may be limited in winter, so please keep this in mind when booking.

Art can get messy, so please dress children in clothes they can create freely in. No favourite outfits at Vortex (unless it’s a smock!)
