Painting, Drawing & Pastels
Let’s dive into the joys of art making with paint, Pastels and drawing! In this Multi -week course we invite artists of all levels to enjoy art making together with instructor Stella Pagani. We will ease into becoming more familiar with acrylic materials, drawing & Pastels and learn to push ourselves within our creative craft. During the weeks we will paint: still life, landscape, on location as well as a self-directed study. We will learn to break down objects into shapes, focus on perspective, and become familiar with the art tools and learn all the different ways we can manipulate them.
We will focus on using :
Acrylic & Watercolour paint
Chalk, oil & Waterbased Pastels
Charcoal pencils & Watercolour pencils
All supplies are included in class except a sketch book – For our self directed study we supply a 16×20 canvas but you are more then welcome to bring a larger one if you like.
Stella Pagani has a Bachelors of Fine Art with a double major in Painting and Photography from OCAD University. She is an active artist and teacher and has shown extensively throughout her career.
