Private art party booking information  

Thank you for thinking of Vortex Studio for your art & music party needs! Please find more information on our private party information below and let us know if you have any questions at all.

For private group on-location events our minimum booking size is 12 participants. We can host up to 45 per party.

-Our events vary in price please see bellow for more info.

-All events are accompanied by live acoustic music by Mathew Falvai

 -All prices are per person and include all art supplies needed for the activity.

We supply all table covers and aprons for guests. We also take care of all setup and takedown of the art & music area on location or in studio. You just need to show up and have fun!

Booking information

-We require a non refundable $100 booking fee ahead of time to secure the date and pick up supplies. That $100 then gets put towards and deducted from the total cost of the event.

-Most events run about 1.5- 2.5 hours. Extra hours can be purchased based on request.

– The deposit must be payed to secure the date.

-Full payment needs to be made before or on the day of the event.

-We accept cash in studio or at event. Cheques mailed or in studio/at event made out to Stella Pagani

On location events.

For on location events 

-We do not bring tables and chairs they must be available at the venue 

-We require access to the event space up to 1.5 hours before the party starts for set up and 45 min after for clean up.

-We are happy to host the party in our studio or on location at a home or office within 50KM of our studio.

 -There’s an extra charge for classes on location.

Transportation charge is an extra 15% on top of the total per person fee if under 20 people.

-More then 20 guests on location is 10% travel.

For 40 guests we waive the travel fee.

  • We will need confirmation of final number of guests attending the event 7 days before the event date to arrange appropriate supplies.
  • Once final numbers are confirmed you will be billed in full for all participants that have been confirmed.
  • Only participating guests will be permitted in event space.
