There is an incredible high that comes from being in the flow of a true creative expression.
Our afternoon will begin with a Hatha inspired yoga flow to release energy blockages and open the intuitive self. After flowing you will be guided into a short meditation to come into your creative awareness.
When the meditation is complete you will be guided to through some intuitive drawing to further bring you to a space of creative expression.
Together we will then move to the art space where you will be introduced to abstract painting workshop hosted by VORTEX art Studio. We will use art as a medium to release your energy onto the canvas using movement and creative expression. We will then use our sketches to start our abstract painting. The focus will be on colour and texture and the transfer of energy.
Afterwards enjoy a light snack and tea or wine to celebrate your creativity.
