Yoga and Art Retreat
Price inclues all supplies, vegatarian meals, snacks & refreshments, Live music and use of wood sauna and hiking trails. Price is for a single weekend booking.

Join us for a day (or two) at the magical Gaia Retreat (Yoga Gardens) where we will be inspired by the majestic landscape. Our day will begin with a Hatha inspired yoga flow to release energy blockages and open the intuitive self. After flowing you will be guided into a short meditation to come into your creative awareness.
Together we will then move to the art space where you will be introduced to abstract painting workshop. We will use art as a medium to release your energy onto the canvas using movement and creative expression. The focus will be on color and texture and the transfer of energy.
After a gourmet vegetarian lunch and some free time to make use of the natural wood burning sauna or explore the 70 acres to hike or snow shoe weather permitting, we will join for a slow restorative practice and meditation calming the mind, aligning the heart and creative chakras and centering the soul while grounding the feet.
Finally, we move into some clam and quiet guided abstract still life painting and expression before enjoying a delicious vegetarian dinner with live music.
Limited spaces available for an overnight stay. If you choose to stay the night in the cozy cabin’s in the woods you will be able to enjoy an evening bonfire, morning yoga and use of all the Yoga Gardens has to offer. A full schedule will be sent prior to the event and after booking.
