kid’s Birthday Party’s

We love kids birthday party’s at Vortex!

We have helped lots of kids celebrate birthday milestones and helped lots of parents stay away from art party clean up! Come let the creativity lose and leave the clean up to us!

All workshops run for about 2-2.5 hours and include full use of the studio space, the designated activity, a drawing and colouring station, a pictionary station in the chill room and a break time. In the summer months you can also use the deck or the back yard. All prices bellow are per child with a minimum of 8 participating children per event.

Kids birthday party age range is 2.5-14

Children’s birthday Bookings:

For private group events our minimum booking size is 8 chid participants. We can host up to 20 children per party and 30 in the summer.

-For every 5 children we require 1 adult supervisor

-We require a non refundable $100 booking fee ahead of time to secure the date and pick up supplies. That $100 then gets put towards and deducted from the total cost of the event.

-Most events run about 2- 2.5 hours. Extra hours can be purchased based on request.

– The deposit must be payed to secure the date.

-Our events vary in price please see bellow for more info. -You are more then welcome to bring cake and snacks to the studio for the party they just must be taken with you at the end. Note: We do not supply cutlery, plates or cups. -All prices are per child and that includes all art supplies needed for the activity.

Small children age 2-5

Small Child paper Crafts – Drawing & colouring and paper cut, past & collage $22

Small Child Painting – 1 mid size canvas, 3 small canvases. A finger painting station & a colouring station $25

Clay Craft– Creative clay play. Also accompanied by a colouring station $25

Squirt bottle & Splatter painting- Only offered in the warm months $22
